Who We Are and Why We Do What We Do:
I’m David Shevchuk, founder of Skuare Green Homes, I’ve worked in the construction business for ten years now. But something bothered me through all those years: how wasteful, unsustainable and neglectful of the environment construction was. Seeing that there weren’t many ecological construction companies around me here in the PNW, I decided to start one. Operations began in January, 2021. And now, everyday I come to work and bring someone’s dreams to life. I literary build habitats for humans. And I do it as ecologically as possible.
David is a master of his craft and did everything to make sure we were happy with our new bathrooms! Highly recommended.

I was forwarded David’s name by my real estate agent, and he did a fantastic job with my house renovation project which included kitchen counter tops, backsplash, new interior paint, bathroom, among other things.
We couldn’t be happier with the result. He was very communicative and articulate about every step of the project, and we were particularly impressed by his attention to details. He even came back a couple of times to provide ‘warranty’ fix for some of things we noticed after the project was completed.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend David to my family and friends for any and all house remodeling or renovation work!
David did fantastic carpentry and trim work on my house remodel in 2021. His attention to detail and resourcefulness made the overall project successful, and the results beautiful. He demonstrated skills beyond just carpentry, such as cutting a concrete foundation to install a basement window and sourcing hard-to-find items like European style tilt-in/swing-in windows.
In addition to his excellent skill are his deep connection to those in other trades; an exceptionally valuable quality.
